The head of the OSCE presence in Tirana, Michel Tarran, in a meeting at the CEC for the 2025 elections, called on the political parties instead to implement the decision of the Constitutional Court and make it possible for the diaspora to vote. 

In his speech, he stated that the OSCE will provide all support for the upcoming elections. 

The still unsolved challenge is the implementation of the decision of the Constitutional Court, including the issue of voting from abroad. Each country should implement the model that best suits its context. Every decision must be made by the consensus of all. This consensus must be based on cooperation, and such an approach would lead to voting from abroad. The OSCE is committed to improving election administration and electoral processes. I invite you to see the presence of the OSCE. When there is a will, there is also a solution.'- said Terran. /CNA
