Draft budget discussed/ Fier Municipality does not allow media in meetings

Today, the draft budget was discussed in the Fier Municipal Council.

But what was noticed at this meeting was that cameras were not allowed and the meeting was held behind closed doors.

A local media outlet from the city of Fier went to the institution and requested to enter the council meeting, but was not allowed by the police officer.

At the meeting where the money of the citizens of Fier was discussed, there was no transparency for either the media or the public about where this money would be spent.

The Apollon TV team was initially not allowed to enter the meeting on the grounds that it was not equipped with badges.
