Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha said during a speech from the window of the Presidency of the Assembly that the opposition will not withdraw until the government implements the Constitution. 

While the expelled members of the opposition entered through the windows of the Assembly, Berisha gave the message to Rama that this is only the beginning and they will not surrender. 

"They are all deputies of the Albanian parliament, they all have immunity and the deputies have never been banned from participating in committee meetings. This is Edi Rama's face, this is Edi Rama's morals. We are gathered here, and we continue our battle. We are defending the Constitution from a criminal gang. We have the meeting of the Parliamentary Group, the MPs are here, the head of the group is not allowed to come to the meeting. This is a shameful story. Rama this is only the beginning , the opposition and the Albanian people do not back down," said Berisha./ CNA
