Rakip Suli goes to SPAK

A few moments ago, the mayor of Kamza, Rakip Suli, appeared at the premises of the Special Prosecutor's Office.

At the time of entering the SPAK, the mayor of Kamza, Rakip Suli, refused to talk about the charges against him.

Earlier, the Special Prosecutor's Office sent a summons to the head of the Municipality of Kamza, but he did not appear. His absence forced the judge to adjourn the hearing.

The socialist mayor was accused by the residents of Kamza, after the audit of KLSH. 

Suli is accused of the criminal offenses of "Exercising illegal influence on persons exercising public functions", "Abuse of duty", "Violation of the equality of participants in public tenders or auctions" and "Passive corruption of persons exercising public functions".

So far, 4 officials have been summoned to the Special Prosecutor's Office. After the investigations, it turned out that there are several cases of abuses with the compensations of the reconstruction fund with the practices of Ds1 Ds2 Ds3 Ds4 Ds5./ CNA
