Lawyer Genc Gjokutaj says that the anti-Berisha process is designed at every stage.

The detail that Gjokuataj has revealed has to do with the distant year, 1996, when Sali Berisha was the president of the High Council of Justice and dismissed judge Irena Gjoka from the system after she was accused of corruption. This judge should resign from the case as there is a clear conflict of interest, said Gjokutaj. 

"The last thing that the public does not know is a judge dismissed by the High Council of Justice in 1996, dismissed in the capacity of chief justice was Berisha, that is, dismissed from the position of judge as a major reason that obliged her this judge to resign from judging the case as there was a previous conflict with the person and the law in these cases is cold and decisive because the repair of this violation leads to a regular judicial process," Gjokutaj said in an interview .
