The Civil Court dismissed today the request of the representatives of the Democratic Party of Lulzim Basha for the presentation of the documents of the National Council of the Democratic Party for the online meeting held by Gazment Bardhi.

The businessman of the graves and "ardent fan" of Lulzim Basha, Indri Sefa, did not take well to this decision of the judge Niko Rapi and therefore asked for his exclusion from the case.

Sefa said in a statement to journalists that Bardhi's meeting is imaginary and the judge made an absurd decision.

He stated that it is absurd to come to a court process where his request is not accepted.

"Today we requested the documentation related to the development of the imaginary and online National Council. We have not asked for anything else, we want the presented and assumed documentation that exists. Nothing more. We want the parties that are in the process to prove that this imaginary National Council has developed or not.

The court decided, in an absurd way, not to request this documentation. For this reason, we requested the dismissal of the judge in the case for bias in the civil process. At this moment, we will also present the request for exemption, together with the evidence.

In the following days, we will see to which other court this case will be left to consider our request. It is absurd to come to a judicial process and not present the required documentation in the consideration of this case. We have reasonable doubts that that meeting was never held", emphasized the legal representative of the DP of Basha./ CNA
