The Chairperson of the Appeals Commission in DP, Adriana Kalaja, denounced from the blue seat that the company "Tirana DC" of the Municipality of Tirana is still under the administration of Mariglen Qatos, one of the arrested directors of Erion Veliajt.

Kalaja appealed to SPAK to request the seizure of this municipal enterprise.

Why are all the companies that steal 100% of Tirana's citizens' taxes created and have Erion Veliaj as a de facto partner?

Së pari, nëse shihet objekti i aktivitetit sipas VKB Nr.134, ‘projektim, rindërtim, ndërtim, zbatim, kolaudim të ndërtimeve të të gjitha llojeve’, në krahasim me atë të regjistruar në QKB, (gati 2 faqe) do e kishin zili dhe kompanitë më të fuqishme.

Së dyti, fillimisht, eksperti kontabël i kësaj shoqërie ka qenë vetë administrator (03.10.2020-15.02.2021), ndryshe Redi Molla i cili do kontrollonte veten dhe i cili sot është pas hekurave, dhe që u largua nga kjo detyrë, pasi vodhi dhe bleu votat më 14 maj 2023, më datë 14.09.2023, duke u zëvendësuar nga një bandit tjetër si Maringlen Qato.

Së treti, anëtarë të bordit të administrimit janë:

1. Arbjan Mazniku, sot ministër shteti.

2. Laura Deliu, e denoncuar/kallëzuar për aferat korruptive të Tirana DC, 5 D dhe të tregut të fruta perimeve.

3. Maringlen Qato, i cili sot është pas hekurave.

Në një analizë të Pasqyrave Financiare të vitit kësaj shoqërie për vitin 2022 dhe duke i krahasuar me vitin 2021 evidentohet se:

1. Të ardhurat janë 0 lekë.

2. Shpenzimet e tjera janë rritur me 74 % (nga 3.4 milion euro në 4.1 milionë euro).

3. Si mund të shpenzohen 4.1 milionë euro për zërin paga ndërkohë që Të Ardhurat janë 0?

E gjitha kjo në fakt nuk e shqetëson Velian përsa kohë ka garanci se Qato e Molla nuk do flasin.

Edhe fakti se SPAK nuk po reagon ashtu siç e parashikon ligji e Kushtetuta.

SPAK me veprime hetimore duhet tu japë përgjigjeve pyetjeve si:

1. A është i detyruar SPAK të ndërmarrë veprime për këtë shoqëri që administrator i saj ndodhet pas hekurave?

2. Kush është aktiviteti i kësaj shoqërie dhe si janë kanalizuar shpenzimet e saj për paga (prej 4.1 milion euro)?

3. Has this company bought or received properties for development and how were they recorded?

4. Who are the state and private properties that the municipality of Tirana has invested in this company with cooperation contracts?

5. How much damage has this company caused to the Tirana Municipality Budget?

Regardless of the passivity or becoming a party of SPAK with their 'colleague' Veliaj, we will take to the end our cause for cleaning Tirana Municipality from thugs like Veliaj and his associates who have destroyed and bewildered Tirana with the dirty money of crime of corruption.
