Election complaints in Durrës and Fier/ KAS holds public session tomorrow

The Central Election Commission has announced that the Complaints and Sanctions Commission (KAS) will hold a public session tomorrow, on 21.05.2025. The focus of the session will be on appeals for the termination of the administrative investigation into complaints received in the municipalities of Durrës and Fier.

13:00 - Review of the Appeal Request registered with no. 23 Registry, date 14.05.2025, filed by the Albanian Helsinki Committee, with the subject: "Appeal against decision no. 1172, date 09.05.2025, of the SEC, for the termination of the administrative investigation for complaint no. 92, with the complainant AHC and the complainant the Municipality of Durres".

13:15 - Review of the Appeal Request registered with no. 24 Registry, dated 14.05.2025, filed by the Albanian Helsinki Committee, with the subject: "Appeal against decision no. 1152, dated 09.05.2025, of the SEC, for the termination of the administrative investigation for complaint no. 92, with the complainant AHC and the complainant the Municipality of Fier". /CNA
