The legal representative of the DP at the CEC, Franc Nuri, stated today that the vote counting process in the Prrenjas Municipality was fraught with problems. In an interview for 'Syri Tv', Nuri stated that the DP has serious doubts about the integrity of the elections in that polling center and in that area.

Nuri said that there are suspicions of similar cases in the Durrës Region.

"It is true that today these boxes are being opened at the CEC by order of Celibashi, because these boxes have never been counted. And on election day they were not counted, nor the next day because more problems were found. They were found by the counters from the CEAZ with problems.

The problem is quite clear. 24 more voters than the people identified with the PEI come out. This is a safe device and cannot be avoided during the voting process if the device does not work and if the CEC is not notified that the device does not work and its replacement is not required. You should know that there is also a replacement device. So when the PEI does not work, there is another spare device. And if the spare device does not come in that case, it is passed with manual voting. So with manual signatures and with electoral lists.

In this case, the entire process is almost closed and the last 24 people have passed with a manual list, which for us raises serious doubts about the integrity of the elections in that voting center and in that area, why not. Because there could have been also the starting point of the "Bulgarian Train". So of the vote manipulation system. We do not know this and investigations will be required.

There was no malfunction of the device. Because if there was such a thing, it would be in the minutes. Quite the opposite. In the minutes that I have seen that have been kept and those that are being kept today, there is no note about the malfunction of the PEI device. Or it is not even noted at all that these people voted with manual signatures. So the law was not implemented. And here there is a violation of electoral integrity. And it is not just the problem of a voting center in a certain area of ??the Elbasan District.

We have the same thing in Durrës. There are 5 or 6 cases in Durrës that have been reported to us. According to the information that we have, it is said that there is one plus vote. It is a bit strange that it comes out of one plus vote, manual, perhaps from those identified with PEI. What does this mean?

This could be the last vote of the "Bulgarian Train", which they cast after they had done all the work. Therefore, there are serious doubts about the integrity of these boxes. Therefore, they cannot be so easily passed off as errors. Because since the beginning of this process we have been hearing from the CEC, mistakes, human, factory mistakes, mistakes... It's not a matter of mistakes here. It's a matter of whether or not the law was violated. Was the law or the electoral process respected or not.
