CNA warned that the head of Tirana Municipality, Erion Veliaj was prepared and was staying at Piramira in Tirana to meet the US Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, as the latter held a meeting with some young people. 

Uninvited, it is not part of Blinken's agenda, but Lali Eri moved all the "stones" and used the scheme that allegedly coincidentally developed the meeting with Blinken. 

As can be seen in the photo, Veliaj blocked Blinken and met him at the premises of the Pyramid.

Lali Eri already made the photo of the year alongside the senior American official, Antony Blinken. Let's see how he will continue with his propaganda on social networks, how Lali Eri will comment on this meeting. 

This is the same scheme that Lali Eri used when Oliver Varhelyi, the Enlargement Commissioner for the EU, came to Tirana. Lali was not included in the agenda of the meeting, but Veliaj took his bicycle and went to the museum and appeared there allegedly by chance to take a "selfie". /CNA
