The US Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, will come to Albania tomorrow. Prime Minister Edi Rama commented on this visit in an interview with the Kosovar media.

For Rama, the arrival of Blinken shows a very strong trust of the strategic allies in Albania and the weight of our country in the region.

"The last engagement in the Security Council, where Albania received an extremely significant thank you from the representative of the United States, the ambassador at that table for the special contribution. Of course, this visit is also related to a very strong belief of our strategic allies in Albania, to Albania's weight in the region today and definitely also with a special consideration for the role Albania has undertaken to play in the region as a country with the hand extended friendship for all the tastes of our Balkan neighborhood in the middle of Europe", he said.
