Mogherini's arrest/Kelliçi: Pull back your leg for Marta Kos too

DP MP Belind Këlliçi has reacted to the news of Federica Mogherini's arrest. Këlliçi emphasizes that Mogherini is remembered badly by Albanians for appearing alongside Erion Veliaj and advertising him as a model of success for young people.

According to Këlliç, this corrupt Eurobureaucrat sold morals to Albanian citizens in support of a rotten regime, always finding the problem in the Albanian opposition.

But time is the best medicine according to the MP, who finally concludes his reaction by writing: "Take your foot off the hook for Marta Kos too."

The European Public Prosecutor's Office (EPPO) and the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF) today arrested communist Federica Mogherini.

After a diplomatic career, Mogherini was settled at the College of Europe, an institution where she held the position of rector.

According to the Prosecution, this institution spent a full 3.2 million euros in a corrupt tender for the purchase of a housing building for diplomats in training.

We Albanians, especially the residents of Tirana, remember Mogherini very badly, in the moments when she appeared alongside the corrupt Erion Veliaj, selling him to us as a model of success for young people.

I have personally denounced this mockery of Albanians since September 6, 2024, in one of the protests organized in front of Tirana City Hall. In the protest, new facts and evidence of Veliaj's and the 5D group's theft were denounced every week, while Mogherini and those who supported them made Albanians look like idiots!

This corrupt Eurobureaucrat sold morals to Albanian citizens in support of a rotten regime, always finding the problem in the Albanian opposition. She most recently did this act again in the middle of Tirana, just two weeks ago, this time alongside Edi Rama.

We do not know if Mogherini has adopted the vices of her Albanian collaborators, or if Mogherini's model is Edi Rama's goal of European integration.

But we know one thing.

Albania does not need people like Federica Mogherini on its path. They are not just Europeans and models of success.
