The member of the Municipal Council in Shkodër who was part of the meeting held this Wednesday by former Prime Minister Sali Berisha showed how the Socialist Party managed to take the leadership of Shkodër Municipality in the May 14 elections.

She said that in the May 14 elections it was a necessity for Rama to take Shkodra.

The member of the Municipal Council said that Shkodra was not lost, it was not won, Shkodra was robbed by gangs and leks.

"I am a member of the Municipal Council, a journalist since 2005, an activist, and in the last elections I engaged in politics. In the May 14 elections, it was a necessity for Rama to take Shkodra. Today we have to wonder how we got so many votes with what was done in Shkodër. Shkodra was not lost, it was not won, Shkodra was robbed by gangs and leks. Shkodra is so afraid of the government that today the teachers of Shkodra have not received their salaries, today being the 13th. Today the whole of Albania must experience the second December. I have a message for the municipality. We democrats are not fighting against each other but against a person who wants to lose Albania's dignity. We are strong enough to return the dignity that this country lacks," said Edona, member of the Municipal Council in Shkodër./ CNA
