Accusations from the guests on the show/ Beleri addressed a letter to Blendi

The elected candidate of Himara, Fredi Beleri, addressed a letter to the journalist of the Opinion show, Blendi Fevzi, where he responded to the statements of the guests on September 18.

In his letter, Beleri states that the accusations made against him by the guests are baseless.

He described the punishment for the humiliation of national symbols as absurd, while he denied burning the flag.

As for the case of Peshkpia, it was stated that he was not charged or investigated in Greece because he presented the facts that he was in Cyprus and was investigated and judged for what he stated in the decriminalization form.

Among other things, the elected mayor of Himara has denied the accusations of buying and selling votes, calling his arrest a political decision.

Beleri writes in his letter as a reaction that in the 32 cases that were registered for electoral corruption, he is the only one who is in prison and the only candidate who has been arrested in the 32 years of pluralism.

Dear Mr. Fevziu

Based on your broadcast of the 18th, I am obliged to clarify some things regarding the distortions and false facts that were said about me. For reasons incomprehensible to me, in your show on Monday the 18th, there was a series of misinformation of the public opinion about at least 3 issues that I want to correct.

1 - The issue of Peshkepise:

a) I have not been accused or investigated in Greece because I presented all the facts that I was in Cyprus and was investigated, tried and convicted for what I stated in the decriminalization form. In Albania, the matter was investigated 3 times. The last time is the case that was registered in 2019. Although the offense was prescribed in 2014, I was illegally eavesdropped for 3 years. I appeared in SPAK 3 times and gave statements as many times as I was asked. In the final report of the judicial police officer, the opinion was given that the persons under investigation are not related to the criminal offense. SPAK submitted a request to the Special Court for the dismissal of the criminal proceedings because the right of the prosecution to conduct investigations had ended in 2014. With the decision of the GjKKO dated 6-12-2021, the case was closed because the offense is time-barred. So since 2014, according to SPAK, the prosecution did not have the right to conduct investigations, however it eavesdropped on me and about 18 other people for several years, spending taxpayers' money, illegally. However, I have not presented any cause for obstruction or delay in that investigation.

– nuk ka ardhur leter porosia nga Greqia, fakt qe eshte krejtesisht i pavertete dhe i genjeshtert. Pavaresisht se leterporosia eshte kerkuar jashte afatit ligjor per te kryer hetime, pasi eshte derguar ne 2019, Greqia ka kthyer pergjigje, e cila ndodhet ne dosje.

– Ju vete gjate emisionit nxoret nje dokument qe une jam mare i pandehur per ceshtjen. Dokumenti eshte i falclsifikuar nga njerezit qe jua kane vene ne dispozicion. Gjeni vendimin e gjykates se posacme qe eshte dokument zyrtar, tek i cili qartesisht percaktohet pozita ime procedurale. Per lehtesi qe ta gjeni, ju dergoj faqen e pare te tij. Une kam qene person nen hetim dhe per asnje moment i pandehur.

2- Denimi im I vitit 2003 per fyerje dhe poshterim te simboleve te Republikes eshte nje denim absurd edhe nenin 268 prokuroria e vuri sepse nuk kishte per cfare te me denonte. Pavaresisht se vendimi eshte i formes se prere, une nuk kam qene as gjate hetimit dhe as gjate gjykimit, as para ngjarjes as pas ngjarjes, pasi jetoja si shume te tjere ne Greqi. Lexoni vendimin dhe duket qarte qe jam akuzuar se sipas gjykates organizova emigrantet te vinin nga Greqia me autobuza per te votuar edhe per nje shkrimin tim ne gazeten Himara qe botohej ate kohe ne Athine. Pra per agjitacion e propagande qe e kam bere ne Athine, jo ne Shqiperi. Nuk kam djegur as grisur asnje flamur sic u tha ne emision. Jo vetem ne ate kohe por kurre ne jeten time .

Ne shtetet demokratike se kush mund te kandidoj e percakton ligji edhe Kushtetuta edhe jo deshirat e mazhorances edhe te veteshpallurit si Patriot .

KQZ e ka pjese te detyres se saj funksionale verifikimin neqoftese nje kandidat ploteson kriteret ose jo. Kandidati kundershtar nuk e ka kundershtuar sipas ligjit lejimin tim per te kandiduar pasi as ai as ata qe jane pas tij nuk kane gjetur asnje pengese ligjore. Nuk e kankundershtuar vendimin per lejimin tim per te kandiduar asnje subjekt sipas ligjit. Diskutimit pse e kandidoi opozita? Eshte morale? Eshte vendim i sakte politik ? Ketyre pyetjeve u dha pergjigje populli I Himares ne 14 Maj ne menyre te paekuivok dhe sbesoj se ka me koment. Pra ligji foli populli foli te gjithe te tjeret duhet te heshtin. Ne demokraci te gjitha pushtetet burojne nga populli edhe i sherbejne atij . Me lejoni t’u informoj edhe per dicka te fundit qe thuhet gjeresisht: erdhen votues nga Greqia. Sigurisht qe erdhen sepse kane te drejte vote edhe paguajne taksa. E ka thene edhe Gjykata Kushtetuese qe parlamenti duhet te marri masa qe te garantoje emigrantet te ushtrojne te drejten e tyre kushtetuese per te votuar. Ajo qe qellimisht nuk thuhet eshte se fushate per voten e emigranteve ne Greqi ka bere edhe partia socialiste .Sekretari i pergjitheshem Damian Gjiknuri drejtuesi politik i qarkut Bledi Klosi edhe te gjithe kryepleqte e fshatrave te bashkise kane bere mitingje kane shperndare tapi (falco edhe te sakta) kane paguar bileta karburant etje. Derisa vota eshte e fshehte asnje nuk di se per ke votuan himariotet qe erdhen nga jashte. Pse paragjykohet vota e himarioteve qe paten ndergjegje kushtetuese dhe erdhen dhe votuan ne vendlindje dhe jo vota e kuksianeve te cileve ju vu aeroport e avion ne dispozicion qe te vinin per te votuar. Per te tera sa ju kam permendur me siper disponojme dokumenta shkresore autentike dhe mund tju ve nje kopje ne dispozicion ne cdo moment qe ju do ta shikoni te arsyeshme.

Sic shume mire e dini sot gjendem ne paraburgim per asnje nga ceshtjet qe u fol ne emision por per vepren penale korrupsion zgjedhor qe u regjistrua nga prokuroria Jo kompetente, prokurorja e ceshtjes nxorri akte 1 dite para se te caktohej, u zgjodh manualisht edhe Jo me short elektronik sipas ligjit. Vlefshmerine e vendimeve te saj ia garantoi i vellai, qe eshte kryetari i gjykates se juridiksionit te pergjithshem Vlore dhe nxori sekretaret ne pune ne 12 te nates si kurre ndonjehere. Te dy me lidhje te ngushta me ps . Vepra imagjinare ndodhi 2 km larg vendit qe ndodhesha une edhe u quajt flagrance. Nga 32 raste qe u regjistruan per korrupsion zgjedhor jam i vetmi qe gjendem ne burg edhe i vetmi kandidat qe jam arrestuar 32 vitet e pluralizmit. Gjeni ju ndonje rast tjeter si rasti im. Pra ne emision lejuat te diskriminimohem duke mos u verifikuar sa keni deklaruar dhe pa marre opinionin tone.

Please at the first opportunity that you will have our voice heard through someone who really represents us because Mr. Stavri Marko is not part of the governing bodies of Omonia, he was neither part of the team that ran the campaign nor a voter in our municipality. Before the elections, with public statements, he was committed to finding a candidate for the SP.
