Klodian Zoto is one of the names that appears in the corrupt scheme of the incinerators that starts in Elbasan, goes to Fier and ends in Tirana.

GJKKO has sentenced the boss of the Fier incinerator affair, Klodian Zoton, to 8 years in prison with a shortened trial.

SPAK earlier requested an 11-year prison sentence for Zoto.

He also sentenced Lefter Koka, the former Minister of the Environment, to 6.8 years in prison, who benefited from a shortened trial.

The former socialist deputy, Alqi Blako, was sentenced to 4 years in prison, but with a shortened trial he will receive 2.8 years in prison.

We remind you that, in a series of investigative articles, for years, CNA.al has denounced with official and exclusive documents the concessions of the incinerators, a story that starts in Elbasan with 22 million euros, goes to Fier with 28 million euros, to come later in Tirana, with an initial contract of 128 million euros.
