CNA is reporting live the vote counting process in Kukës. So far, socialist Albert Halilaj is in the lead, having received 4498 more votes than his political opponent Emri Vata.
It is reported that Halilaj of the SP has so far received 10,655 votes, or 63.38% of the votes, as 60 ballot boxes have been counted.
The name Vata of the "Together We Win" coalition has so far received 6157 votes or otherwise 36.62% of the votes.
The race is still on. The process of counting votes is still going on. There are now only 14 ballot boxes left uncounted.
