Will he run again for the Municipality of Tirana?/ Alimehmeti reveals his decision in case of early elections

This Monday, the candidate in the May 11 elections in Tirana County, Ilir Alimehmeti, commented in a television studio regarding the outcome of the race. Asked if he would run for mayor of Tirana, in the event that early elections are held, Alimehmeti shared his perspective. 

Alimehmeti did not make any open statements, but stated that he is a team player and in this case it is not team time.

"I have seen democracy from the bottom up, the people are the ones who decide. They showed it for the parliamentary elections. We will have mechanisms for this too. I am a team player. In this case, it is not team time. It is not the terrain like when I ran. We scored goals in Durrës and Fier", said Alimehmeti. /CNA
