The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, after leaving SPAK, has leveled accusations against Irena Gjoka, calling her a fraud, a delinquent and a subject of the law.

The opposition leader stated that she has deceived the Albanian state regarding her conviction and sentence by Greece.

"Now, the head of the Special Court, the pseudo-judge with five surnames, is an ordinary fraud and delinquent, shameless, impudent, subject to the law.

While she declares in her forms, which she handed over to Lubi Balluku's sister, that she has never been convicted in any country, as the form requires.

Have you been sentenced to imprisonment by a non-final court decision by any authority? No, she says.

But here Albanians should learn that this delinquent, on 31.03.2013, has signed with the notary Fejzo Behaj, the power of attorney for herself, presenting herself as the wife of Stefan Gjoka. In fact, the marriage certificate is three years old.
