Government recommendations in the fight against crime/ Dumani: It does not

Today, the Government's recommendations in the fight against crime were presented at the General Prosecutor's Office. Present were Minister of Justice Ulsi Manja, Prosecutor General Olsian Çela and the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani. In his speech, Dumani stated that the recommendations are not accompanied by data and this makes this document incomplete.

Dumani said that the recommendations are not expressed with necessary statistical data and do not provide any rational definition.

The head of SPAK considered the recommendations welcome, while adding that the institution expresses its maximum readiness to fulfill the tasks.

"The fulfillment of the rules by the Council of Ministers has been reflected. After the recommendations, we cannot remain without stating some of our findings. They are not accompanied by statistical data. The second recommendations are subjective. The recommendations do not offer any rational definition. And this creates uncertainty in action. Of course, they are generally welcomed. We express maximum readiness to serve in the task. Some difficulties in fulfillment are noted", - said Dumani. /CNA
