These "specialists", as the media release says, have taken a 54-year-old man from Pogradec to criminal prosecution, who found oil in one of his properties.

It is not said how many liters of diesel to prevent the police from bluffing, and to sell it as a success, but already that 54-year-old must wander the doors of justice, because of the failed "specialists" of the Police.
