Following successive operations to crack down on criminal activities in the field of production and sale of narcotics, the Narcotics Investigation specialists of the Criminal Police Department in DPPSH and those of DVP Elbasan, after a real investigative work carried out with proactive methods , in cooperation with the Special Operational Force of the State Police, finalized the anti-cannabis police operation coded "Bodin".

Në kuadër të këtij operacioni, u arrestuan në flagrancë, për veprat penale “Prodhimi dhe shitja e narkotikëve” dhe “Kultivimi i bimëve narkotike”, kryer në bashkëpunim, shtetasit:

– S. B., 62 vjeç, banues në fshatin Bodin, dhe Z. B., 27 vjeç, banues në Sarandë (babë e bir).

Nga kontrolli i ushtruar në tokën e këtyre shtetasve, në fshatin Bodin, Gracen, Elbasan, janë gjetur dhe janë sekuestruar në cilësinë e provës materiale, 17 bimë të prera, të dyshuara narkotike kanabis.

Gjithashtu, gjatë kontrollit janë gjetur dhe janë sekuestruar në cilësinë e provës materiale, 7 thasë të mbushur me lëndë të dyshuar narkotike kanabis, me peshë totale rreth 58 kilogramë.

Njëkohësisht, u arrestuan në flagrancë, për veprat penale “Shpërdorimi i detyrës” dhe “Moskallëzimi i krimit”, shtetasit:

– FS, 58 years old, resident in Elbasan, administrator of Gracen Administrative Unit, Elbasan;

– RB, 62 years old, the headman of Bodin village, Gracen, Elbasan.

As part of this operation, 2 citizens were criminally prosecuted, for the criminal offenses "Production and sale of narcotics" and "Cultivation of narcotic plants", carried out in cooperation, as well as 1 other citizen, for the criminal offense "Criminal obstruction".

In cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office at the Elbasan Judicial District Court, the work continues on clarifying and fully documenting this case./ CNA.al
