During the presentation of director Fatmir Lleshaj, Minister Hoxha emphasized that recent events have shown that there is an urgent need to strengthen operations and create an environment where crime does not find space to operate.

The Minister of the Interior, Ervin Hoxha, requested from the new director of the Shkodra Police, Fatmir Lleshaj, a strong attack on the criminal groups, which are a threat to the safety and tranquility of the citizens.

"The challenge remains and is clear: Criminal groups. Mr. Lleshaj, who returns to Shkodër, now in a leadership role, has the duty and responsibility to intensify efforts in this direction, to work closely with all structures and to strengthen cooperation with the community", said the Minister of the Interior. .

Minister Hoxha asked the new head of the Shkodra Police to increase the striking force against illegality in general, organized crime in particular, as well as clarifying criminal events, with a special focus on their prevention.

From the new director of the Lezhë region, Altin Mena, Minister Hoxha demanded a new pace and emphasized the need for change.
