The Court of Appeal has clarified the sentence of 1 year in prison for former MP Ervin Salianji.

After that there was a reaction from Salianj from the cell, who calls the decision ridiculous, scandalous and monstrous.

After 50 days in prison without an unsolved decision, as I serve my sentence without justification and legal references, finally, here comes Fermani.

Although I didn't have high expectations, I was still waiting to see what they argued.

Or more precisely, what product would have emerged from that struggle, to justify the political punishment without law of an opponent of the regime.

And we read it! Read it:

"... In general, public statements represent the "modus operandi" by which politicians or representatives of large political groups in power or in the opposition, present concerns about various phenomena that have drawn the attention of them, international partners, Albanian society, especially when it comes to the constitutional order and the security of the country".

This paragraph and others like this, believe it or not, are written in a court reasoning, after they have alienated someone in isolation!

Where there should have been evidence, legal arguments, pure facts, where the law was violated, it was written with delusions of these idiotic proportions, how to become political. And how it becomes politics is determined by the judges.

So we have a moral court that punishes you according to an ethical interpretation of it. Doesn't this also happen in Iran? But which faith do they represent, or guardians of which faith are these? Of that "religion" called rebirth, and of the theocrat Rama?

It's useless to make a request to God, like Voltaire's cry: Please make my enemies funny! No need for prayer. They are funny. They are very funny.

Dear friends, after reading the whitewashed decision, I have the sad clarity that the reason why they did not write the decision, and it took 50 days for this anti-law and anti-constitution manifesto, was to compile an order of Edi Rama. When you read that decision, you understand that they have squirmed in a fever and not a small embarrassment, to find some law where they can, and in the end they have written what Rama wants, what Rama warned, what Rama defended in public after the announcement of the verdict .

Desperate to have something concrete, they have gone as far as manipulating and adding unknown evidence, always guided by the milestones that the ruler had released to the public. And this goes as far as political parties, MPs and party representatives start to learn how to do politics!

The three judges who for the international representatives (ONM) should be dismissed, return the "honor" to those who kept them, the prime minister and the former leader of the reform in justice! The court in the decision, as you are reading it, teaches us how "the political force that we represent is served"!

After 50 days in prison and after the first time in 34 years a citizen is punished, (let alone a member of parliament, let alone an official of the parliament as the vice president of the parliamentary group), without reference to any law, and I have to read evidence manipulation . Like this, when they start not from page 1 but 3, because that's where it's used, they quote it not from listening 2 but 5 because that's where it's used. A banal selection, an immense monstrosity.

I want to repeat it, because in this country everything is being written in the sand and the next mistake comes and erases the tragedy that happened.

Friends, the right to speech is an undeniable human right and not only a politician's, and if we allow the courts to assume a paternalistic role towards the verb, to define the code of ethics and the guide of the political struggle, we have destroyed the foundation of the state than right. We have allowed the destruction of the country and the European aspiration. We have caused irreparable damage.

And more serious than the stupidity, is the problem that forces them to go to this mud, it is the debt they have to Edi Rama and Fatmir Xhafa who saved them from the veting, their crimes were covered, when ONM (International) asked to be fired!

The decision, apart from deviating and exceeding any rule of law, was taken completely by manipulating the evidence, not listening to any argument accompanied by scientific evidence and saying the unthinkable.

They wrote that; accusations were raised by printing it from the media. They wrote that the public denunciation is untrue according to them, when after my release, the international drug trafficker went to prison within a day. The trafficker confirms my accusation, the court protects the trafficker and his child, and punishes the whistleblower!

In summary;

-Manipulation of scientific evidence that 100% verifies the denunciation,

-Lack of investigation into drug trafficking because the accused went to Italy, better prison there than new problems with the law in Albania,

-Verification by the British agency JP French that the published voice is similar to the voice of Agron Xhafajt,

-Tablets and cell phones,

All the evidence and statements prove that everything we have denounced is true. This truth, in fact, has forced the court to perplex and openly deceive and avoid reading the evidence, producing a shame!
