The Special Prosecutor's Office has sent for trial the file on Alqi Bllako, whom it accuses of corruption in two cases.

According to SPAK, Blako has corruptly intervened in the conclusion of the 2017 concession contract for "Construction of landfill, incinerator and rehabilitation of existing landfills, Tirana", between the Ministry of Environment and the concession company "Integrated Energy BV SPV" sh .com

A notification of the Special Prosecutor's Office states that it is evidenced that Blako, who in the capacity of Secretary General of the Ministry of Environment, benefited from the monetary value of 119,715 euros.

The former secretary of the Ministry of Environment received this money from Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtiri to buy machines for filling, sealing, sealing and certification of bottles, machines for gasification of drinks.

Afterwards, he put this machine to work in his father's company, Edmond Blako.
