Anti-drug mega operation/ Altin Dumani: Dedicated to attack criminal networks

SPAK has hit a structured criminal group that trafficked cocaine from Latin America to Albania and EU countries.

As part of this operation, 10 people were arrested and large sums of money and large quantities of drugs were seized.

There was also a reaction to this operation from the head of SPAK Altin Dumani.

In the internal analysis of this investigation so far, the Head of the Special Prosecution, Altin Dumani, considers it as a key moment in the fight against organized crime in Albania:

"This investigation is clear evidence that SPAK is committed to pursuing and attacking criminal networks that threaten security and justice in our country. The success of this criminal proceeding so far shows that international cooperation and internal expertise are the key to concrete results," Dumani declared./ CNA
