Budget of 2025/ Minxhozi: Government borrowings, monitoring of the financial market is required

The Deputy Governor of Albania, Luljeta Minxhozi, has made public the opinion of the Bank of Albania regarding the draft budget of 2025.

Minxhozi stated that the financial market is sensitive to the uneven distribution of government borrowing in the domestic market.

As a result, Minxhozi stated that continuous monitoring of the financial market is required.

"The financial market is sensitive to the uneven distribution of government borrowing in the domestic market.

Continuous monitoring of the financial market is required. The cooperation of the Ministry of Finance and the Bank of Albania will help mobilize the financial market and help the government with domestic loans", said Minxhozi in the Economy Committee./ CNA
