Applications are open to e-Albania for beach stations for 2025/ They will remain

Online applications were opened today on the e-Albania portal for exercising the activity as a beach resort.

The National Information Society Agency (AKSHI) announces that for interested businesses, applications will remain open for 30 days.

According to ANA, for the fifth year in a row, entities have the opportunity to send online the request for the use of the beach space during the tourist season, which is handled by the National Coastal Agency, according to the priorities and conditions defined.

"Based on the Government Decision a few weeks ago, where the regulation on the conditions and criteria for the use of beach space by private entities was approved, only accommodation structures, i.e. hotels on the first line of the coast, will have priority for beach stations. as well as those located near it.

Although it seems like a long procedure, the online application for the first stage takes only one minute and every notification to move from one step to another arrives to the applicant electronically in e-Albania.

Users access the electronic service "Request for exercising activity as a beach station" as a business, filling out the request according to the standard format. One of the identification numbers of the beach station is selected, according to the digital map of the permitted spaces, and the necessary documentation is uploaded, such as:

- The operation plan for exercising the activity as a beach station and service structure;

- Clear external photos of the accommodation structure, which identify the accommodation structure in front/nearby in relation to the beach space;

- Clear photos of the beach area (beach station) being applied for

After the successful completion of the first phase, the applicant together with the AKB and the local unit are notified electronically through the e-Albania portal, for the opening of the second phase, where the completion of specific documents is required, very important for the successful finalization of the application :

- The corresponding plan of the beach station, where the number of umbrellas is specified, taking into consideration the distances provided for in this regulation and the concrete surface;

- The annual payment mandate of the surface of the beach station by the
Local Self-Government Unit, as the beneficiary, according to the local tariffs in force;

- Verification of payment of all central and local tax obligations.

With the successful completion of the second phase, according to ANA, the request for exercising the activity as a beach station is approved, this confirmation goes to the applicant through e-Albania to be concluded with the signing of the contract from 1 to 5 years and the issuing of the relevant certificate./ Monitor.al
