Albania is still moving towards mediocrity, in all aspects of social life. Getting out of this general mediocrity is a primary historical need for its eradication, because this situation has historically led to a lack of public opinion in Albania.

Albania today, in function of its development, is seriously feeling the lack of public opinion. And we must remember that, when the ruling polity that runs a country is possessed by Evil as political psychology, social development does not exist.

This society is in this state because it lacks public opinion that is built on modern concepts of science, literature and history.

But what is public opinion?

Public opinion is the general social opinion on a certain issue or a phenomenon (Oxford English Dictionary).

But opinion as a rule cannot be a rational thought.

The term opinion itself has so far been explained according to Plato's philosophy, that, in essence, it is "a sensory knowledge of things, which is often opposed to a rational knowledge of ideas".

Rational idea, like science, is not opinion. The variable variability of opinion has nothing to do with scientific truth. But public opinion, so long as it is acceptable to the general social opinion in a state, is the leader of the morality of the time.

But do we have a progressive public opinion in Albania today?

Social life in Albania is not able to align with countries that have public opinion within modern concepts of development. We must note that third world countries, as former colonies, do not have modern public opinion.

But what is public opinion?

This term, which is commonly used in Albania, is still not a progressive phenomenon.

For public opinion to exist as a progressive phenomenon in a society, it is a condition for that society to be a society that must have three factors that accompany it in its activity as an independent state:

1. There must be absolute independence from outsiders in thinking about the national issue.

2. There must be a clear and true Thought about national history, always in function of the civilization in which it is a part.

3. There must be a significant number of individuals who are high-level figures in science, literature, cinematography, sports, music and politics.

All of them, with their individual personality, influence the rise of public opinion in a certain country, in relation to the formulation of opinion in all spheres of social development.

Yes, what are the spheres of social development at the European level for a nation?

These spheres are: school, television, theater, science, national and foreign literature, the press as journalism, the book as science and as philosophy and fiction. This whole set of elements shapes modern public opinion in a European country.

What about in Albania?

Here, this phenomenon is still not at the level of the West.

The national language is the conductor of public opinion, because the national language creates the new social thought conceptually, but it also creates the social community, which is the creator of public opinion.

How is public opinion formed?

The public opinion of a developed society today is formed as a level by the eloquence of social personalities, by the unified national language in journalism, in literature, in the national theater and in the national cinematography, and always through personalities such as: world-class writers, world-class artists world class, world-class athletes and enlightened politicians. These politicians should know well the history of Albania from its bright antiquity; to know European and world literature, philosophical thought from ancient Athens to London, Paris, Rome and New York. That this is a necessity for building a modern state.

So, have we Albanians created this social condition, which has shaped the modern Albanian public opinion today as in the developed countries of the West?

No, we still do not have the opportunity to really create this level of Albanian public opinion in all aspects of social development.

But, we must say that today, after the independence of Kosovo, public opinion about the national team and the development of Albanian patriotism has been created. And this is not a little.

While the other aspects of public opinion that we mentioned above are improving, they are still not at the level of the developed countries of the West.

So what should we do?

Education is key in this new enterprise for raising Albanian public opinion. Today, the level of education in Albania leaves much to be desired. He must be raised urgently. For this reason, a scientific reform should be carried out to raise the level of secondary education and higher education in Albania.

In high schools in Albania and in the faculties of social sciences, the following must be the main subjects: Genetics, Mathematics, History of Europe and the United States; Analytical Philosophy, History of World Literature; History of Social Sciences in America, in England, in France; History of Anglo-Saxon Literature, Historiography of World Cinema, Logic.

A country or a state, or a society of this time that has not formed its public opinion at the modern level of science, history and modern philosophy, cannot speak of a real development.
