The head of crimes in Shkodër, Pëllumb Shpati, has spoken about the explosives placed in his house.

He has denied having a conflict with anyone.

"I have no conflict with anyone. I don't know who could have done it," he said.

Earlier, his father confessed that the explosion was powerful.

"There were 17 of us. three families up to the third floor. It was powerful. It has destroyed what it was. There is damage to windows, doors, facades, cars. I don't know why it happened. I was asleep. It might have happened because of duty because we don't mess with anyone. I don't owe anyone anything. We demand that the state do the work", said Gjergj Shpati.
