New details emerge from the extradition of citizen Kamber Sulçe, suspected perpetrator of the murder for weak motives of Italian citizen Edoardo Sarchi, in Tepelena.

Through an official announcement, the Gjirokastra Police announced that the citizen presented himself at the police unit.

It is learned that the citizen also handed over the shotgun, which was a shotgun, with which he is suspected of committing the crime, as well as the permit he had for its possession.

The businessman's lifeless body was found in a place called "Dilani's Neck", after midnight on 26.09.2025.

The Serious Crimes Investigation Specialists of the Gjirokastra Criminal Police Department carried out procedural actions for the execution of the security measure "Arrest in prison", ordered by the Gjirokastra Court, in absentia, for citizen KS, 48 years old, resident of the village of Mesaplik, Vlora, accused of the criminal offenses "Murder in other qualifying circumstances", in a manner dangerous to the lives of many persons, "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition" and "Production and sale of narcotics".

The investigation suspects that citizen KS fired a shotgun with a muzzle-loading rifle at citizen ES, the citizens accompanying the latter, and their vehicles, on the "Nivicë-Salari" axis, where as a result of the shooting, citizen ES lost his life.

The procedural materials were referred to the Gjirokastra Prosecutor's Office for further action. /CNA
