Daily turnover of 2 subjects stolen/ 2 in handcuffs for economic crimes in

Two citizens wanted for economic crimes were located, arrested and placed in handcuffs in Tirana. Both detained citizens have criminal records.

The arrested are a 35-year-old citizen and a 34-year-old citizen.

It is suspected that these citizens have stolen the daily turnover of the two entities, as well as money from the apartments, as well as valuables.

Police Announcement:

The services of the Tirana Local Police Directorate, as a result of periodic checks and those carried out based on information obtained operationally, finalized the "Penalty" operation, within the framework of which:

- the services of Police Commissariat No. 6 detained the wanted citizen, Mr. Sh. (Rr.), 35 years old (with a record abroad, for economic crimes and crimes against the person), as he is suspected of having stolen money and valuables from several apartments and entities;

- the services of Police Commissariat No. 3 detained the wanted citizen, MV, 34 years old (with a prior history of theft), because during September 2025, he is suspected of having stolen the daily turnover of 2 entities (in one of which he was employed);

The procedural materials were referred to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for further action. /CNA
