The Durrës police have arrested the 17-year-old with the initials K.Gj., after moving around the city armed. During the physical check of the young man, they found a pistol-type firearm. 

Police Notification: 

Intensive controls, based on police intelligence, continue to be carried out as part of the "Rule of Law" operation, to identify and arrest citizens who carry weapons without a permit.

A 17-year-old man was arrested red-handed with a pistol on the streets of the city of Durrës.

The firearm is seized.

As a result of the administration of the information provided by the police intelligence, that a citizen was moving equipped with a firearm, in neighborhood no. 13, the services of Plazh Police Station immediately intervened, within the framework of the "Rule of Law" operation, to capture this citizen.

The Police Services caught red-handed and handcuffed citizen K. Gj., 17 years old, resident of Durrës. From the physical control, a pistol firearm was found and seized as material evidence from the 17-year-old.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the Durrës General Jurisdiction, for further action, for the criminal offense of "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition". /CNA
