The former deputy director of the Tirana Police, Erzen Breçani, was arrested yesterday evening by the police.

He was arrested on account of SPAK, thanks to an operation that hits a number of people with criminal elements, after the analysis of the conversations of the much-wanted Ervis Martinaj in the SKY ECC application.

It is reported that Breçan was caught red-handed near the "Air Albania" stadium. He was in the company of Dedan Gjon, the Chief of Crimes at police station No. 6 in Tirana.
