New details have emerged from the operation ordered by SPAK, where a criminal group was hit after the SKY ECC application was broken. The Special Prosecutor's Office has issued 11 arrest warrants in total. So far, 6 people have been arrested and 5 others are being sought.

So far, the following have been arrested: Erzen Breçani, the former director of the Tirana Police, Eralbi Breçani, Dedan Gjoni, Chief of Crimes at Police Station number 6, Jonida Babameto, officer of the Border and Immigration Directorate, Besmir Mustati and Bujar Germizi, on behalf of known underworld in Kukës.

Among the wanted persons is Ervin Mata, the ex-partner of Elvana Djata. It is reported that some of the wanted persons are in Spain and investigations are continuing for their capture.

A security measure has also been imposed on Ismail Zeneli, Bujar Ajeti, Bujar Grabova, Besmir Murat, Artan Sulejmani, Albert Prengës and Bajram Grabova, suspected of cocaine trafficking.

Charges and roles in the criminal group:

Journalist Anila Hoxha reports that Ervin Mata is suspected to be outside the country and is accused of being a structured criminal group, drug trafficking and carrying out actions by a criminal organization. A security measure has also been set for Ismail Zeneli, who, apart from the charges against Mata, also has the charge of providing the conditions to commit murder.

Meanwhile, Bujar Ajeti, from Kukësi, has the same charges as Zeneli. Dedian Gjoni, head of crimes in Kombinat, who is from Lezha, is suspected of having provided the conditions to carry out a murder in cooperation with the criminal group.

Meanwhile, the son of Erzen Brencan is accused of international drug trafficking and money laundering. His father, Erzen Brecani, is responsible for money laundering and supporting the perpetrator.

The other names, Bujar Grabova, Besmir Murati, Artan Sulejmani, Albert Prenga and Bajram Grabova, are suspected of cocaine trafficking from Ecuador and Colombia to the countries of the European Union.
