Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has welcomed important steps taken during peace talks with the US in Geneva, as he may be preparing for another significant development.
Foreign media report that there is a high possibility that Zelensky and US President Donald Trump will meet this week to talk about the most controversial points of the draft peace plan.
So far, no timeline has been given regarding this possible meeting.
The meeting will come at a time when a meeting between American and Ukrainian officials took place in Switzerland on Sunday to discuss ending the war with Russia.
