"Our military hasn't even begun to destroy what's left in

US President Donald Trump has warned of a possible escalation of military action against Iran, stating that US forces "have not even begun to destroy what is left" of Iranian territory.

In a reaction published on the Truth Social platform, Trump praised the US military as "the largest and most powerful in the world," while hinting that the next targets could be critical infrastructure, including bridges and then power plants.

His comments come at a time of heightened tensions, following an airstrike in the city of Karaj, west of the capital Tehran. A bridge under construction was reportedly hit, killing at least eight people and injuring around 100. In his message, Trump also addressed the Iranian leadership, stressing that it “knows what needs to be done” and that action must be taken “swiftly.”

 

"Our military, the largest and most powerful (so far!) anywhere in the world, hasn't even begun to destroy what's left of Iran. Next the bridges, then the power plants! The new regime leadership knows what needs to be done, and it needs to be done, FAST!" he wrote.
