Turkey, four arrested because of "provocative" posts about earthquakes

Turkish police said Tuesday that they have arrested four people in connection with "provocative" posts on social networks, following the powerful 7.8-magnitude earthquake that struck southeastern Turkey.

The earthquake struck Turkey and Syria in the early hours of Monday morning, killing over 5,000 people in these two countries and injuring thousands more.

Due to the powerful earthquake, which was followed by other powerful earthquakes, many people have been left homeless and in low temperatures.
