According to the purchase contract with reserve dated 29.12.2016, the apartment was sold for 20,000 euros through a bank account in the name of Evi Sadushi, while the rest will be liquidated by 15.03.2017. Sold for 20,000 euros, of which 10,000 euros have been liquidated, the rest will be liquidated by 15.03.2017.

Sold a residential apartment with an area of ??55.1 square meters in Vlora, benefiting from the inheritance of the grandmother. According to the purchase and sale contract with reserve dated 29.12.2016, the apartment was sold for 20,000 euros, of which 10,000 euros were liquidated on 27.12.2016 through the bank account, while the remaining 10,000 euros was liquidated on 23.03.2017. The amount of 20,0000 euros received from the sale of the apartment from my sister's current account was transferred to a deposit in my and my sister's name at the bank in August 2017. The total amount is 20,000 euros, of which 10,000 euros were previously declared in 2016 and during 2017, the amount of 10,000 euros was received.

From the contract of the enterprise for the construction of the palace on the plot of land with an area of ??285 square meters and the house with an area of ??90 square meters inherited from the mother, the following assets were registered on 7.05.2017 in Vlora in the name of Sokol, Evi and Kejdi Sadushi: Garage 39 square meters, apartment with an area of ??111 square meters, 62 square meters, 90 square meters, 63 square meters, 89 square meters. Service unit with an area of ??86.5 square meters. 33.3%.

According to the sales contract dated 04.07.2017, the apartment with an area of ??89.2 square meters located in Vlora in co-ownership with my sister and father was sold for a price of 45,000 euros. The amount of 30,000 euros, the taxable share of Kejdi and Evi Sadushi, was initially transferred to Evi Sadushi's current account and in August to the two-name deposit at the bank. The previously declared deposit in the amount of 23,786 euros jointly with my sister, received according to the inheritance certificate from my grandmother during 2017, has been added and the total amount of 50,000 euros for the sale of the apartment explained above. The total balance is 73,786 euros. From the total amount of 36,957 euros, the amount of 30,000 euros was reduced and transferred to bonds in the bank. The remaining balance in the account on 31.12.2017 is 6,957.14 euros.
