"For these three years, we had two joint meetings of the governments. I think we should have at least 3 meetings. We have made 58 bilateral agreements that have been implemented very well. We have opened 26 border crossings for about 200 thousand inhabitants on both sides of the border. We made the common energy market ALPEX. We have two Kosovo customs offices in Porto Romano and Durrës. We have signed the agreement for the Pristina-Durres railway, which probably includes a vital segment for the historical-cultural aspect of the Albanian nation, which is Gjakovë-Shkodër", Kurti said on the "Debat" show of "A2CNN". 

Although they have not spared anything in the language they used to refer to each other and the margins of bilateral communication have not been very positive, Kurti appreciates the fact that the cooperation between the ministers of the two countries has been better than any previous government.

"In terms of the work done, the results achieved, I think we are better than all previous governments. Even sometimes when it seemed that we, as two prime ministers, do not have excellent relations, this has never been true for the ministers", said Kurti. 

However, Kurti emphasized that the main crisis with Rama happened because of the attitudes towards Serbia and the Open Balkans.

"We have that difference regarding the issue of the Open Balkans, the attitude towards Belgrade and so on, but in the sense of rapprochement, Kosovo-Albania integration, I believe that the differences have been dramatized as a caricature, while the positive things have been somehow silenced," he said. he./ A2CNN
