Another incident was recorded in a "Boeing" plane, immediately after taking off in the United States.

About 135 passengers and six crew members were on board the plane, which broke off at an altitude of 3,140m before making an abrupt turn just 25 minutes later. No one was hurt, but the Federal Aviation Administration has now launched an investigation into what happened.

"We apologize for the inconvenience of their delay, but place our highest priority on the ultimate safety of our customers and employees. Our maintenance teams are examining the aircraft,” Southwest Airlines said in a statement.

Records show the plane entered service in 2015, but the company declined to say when its engine was last serviced. Several engine problems have recently been reported on Southwest's 737-800s, and this was the second incident in less than a week.

Three days ago, one of these planes aborted takeoff from Texas after an engine fire and service was abruptly canceled.

On March 22 and 25, two more flights were grounded after the crew reported engine problems
