"You fools, you will live in hell"/ Trump threatens Iran again over the Strait of Hormuz

The President of the United States of America, Donald Trump, has made another reaction to Iran regarding the opening of the Strait of Hormuz.

In a post on the Social Truth platform, Trump wrote that Tuesday would be " power plant day and bridge day, all rolled into one in Iran ," a suspected reference to his threats to destroy Iranian infrastructure.

"Open the Damned Strait, you crazy bastard, or you will live in hell. Just watch! Praise be to Allah," Trump's post further reads.

Meanwhile, Iran has threatened that if its energy infrastructure is hit, it will retaliate against energy facilities in the region, linked to the United States.

Trump earlier issued a 10-day ultimatum to Tehran, which is nearing its end, with the Strait of Hormuz, through which 20% of the world's oil passes, remaining closed to most countries, while the Iranian Guard allows only friendly Iranian ships to pass. /CNA
