With the jewels with them, descending from the crane / Footage of the Louvre

A video showing the looters of the Louvre museum is circulating on social media platforms. French media outlet Le Parisien writes that it confirms the authenticity of the video, while nothing is known about where or who filmed the video.

The footage shows two of the robbers descending from the Louvre with a crane after stealing 88 million euros worth of jewels, then leaving. 

In the video, which lasts about thirty seconds, the two thieves are seen climbing out of the window they had entered through to reach the Apollo Gallery. Investigations to capture and identify the thieves are ongoing, while the entire robbery that shocked France on Sunday morning is reported to have taken place in less than 10 minutes. /CNA
