The High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Policy, Josep Borrell, in his speech at the Nueva Economia forum, declared today that it is no longer a fantasy, the possibility of a "high intensity" war in Europe.

"The possibility of a high-intensity conventional war in Europe is no longer a fantasy. And obviously we must do everything to avoid it.

But to deter the enemy we must have the means to do so," said Borrell.
