Ish-presidenti: Mandati i katërt i Ramës, korrupsion në të gjithë ekipin

Ish-presidenti, Bamir Topi komentoi sot situatën në të cilën gjendet mandati i katërt i qeverisjes së kryeministrit Edi Rama.

Në studion e emisionit “Të paekspozuarit”, Topi u ndal te disa elementë të këtij mandati, si diplomacia, kontrolli i territorit dhe ndërtimet informale, për të cilat ndau edhe kritika.

Sipas Topit, këtë herë ka dalë zbuluar te niveli i korrupsionit, që siç shtoi, është konstatuar në të gjithë ekipin e Ramës.

“Për mua në planin e diplomacisë ka punuar mirë, ka shtuar frekuencën e kontakteve me botën perëndimore, por e ka personalizuar. Duhet të kishte punuar në ekip. E dyta në kontrollin e territorit se të ngrihej ndërtimi informal te dritarja. Jo çdo e mirë prodhon të mirë. Ka marrë zonat preferenciale, ka një lloj raporti klientelist me ndërtuesit dhe ka krijuar një farë monopoli, shiko bregdetin. Edhe historia për të ideuar ndërtimet e personalizuara është e gabuar. Kur bregu bëhet pronë e atyre që e kanë ndërtuar është e gabuar. Ka dalë zbuluar te niveli korrupsionit. Është konstatuar te të gjithë ekipi i tij”,-tha Topi./CNA
