New Tomahawk missiles detected in attacks on Iran

Foreign military experts have identified new Tomahawk Cruise missiles on US Navy ships in waves of attacks on Iranian targets.

The US-Israeli operation involved extensive aerial bombardments, missile strikes, and the use of numerous modern weapons to destroy Iranian military infrastructure.

International reports and footage published in foreign media suggest that improved variants of the Tomahawk were also used, with features or coatings that reduce radar detection.

These images show missiles with forward-swept wings and saurian paint that reduces radar signal reflections, although these details have not been confirmed by the Pentagon or an official agency.

In addition to Tomahawks, the United States is using drones, stealth aircraft such as the F-35 and B-2, HIMARS missiles, and space/cyber effects to interfere with Iranian defense systems.

These types of weapons and tactics have not been used together on such a large scale before in such a complex conflict, reflecting a high degree of integration between robotic, air and space assets in an offensive. /CNA
