Abortion Case/Texas Supreme Court Makes Unexpected Move

The Texas Supreme Court blocked a lower court order that allowed clinics in the state to continue performing abortions after the U.S. Supreme Court overturned an earlier ruling in 1973. that offered constitutional protection to abortion.
