The Transparency Board is suspended today

The Minister of Economy and Innovation, Delina Ibrahimaj, announced after the government meeting that the Transparency Board will be discontinued as of today.

Ibrahimaj said that this decision was made after the price has been falling for more than 2 weeks and the global market has stabilized.

" We adopted 3 laws related to the statute of European companies. All three of these draft laws are expected to be adopted within July and will be supplemented with another set of laws for which we are awaiting approval from the EU to pass them in Parliament. Another decision we adopted is related to the end of the special situation in the hydrocarbon market, which means that today we are suspending the Transparency Board. For more than 2 weeks, the price has been decreasing. The market has stabilized and this is the reason why we decided to suspend the Board ", said Ibrahimaj.
