Today marks 5 years since the arrest of former KLA leaders.

Hashim Thaçi, Kadri Veseli, Jakup Krasniqi and Rexhep Selimi have been in The Hague detention cells since November 2020.

The KLA War Veterans Organization has reacted through a post on social media.

In the report, the Organization writes that for 5 years now, the heroes of freedom have been kept away from the country they fought for.

Further in the reaction it is stated that they will not surrender in the face of this historical injustice.

" Today marks 5 years since the arrest of the leaders of the Kosovo Liberation Army.

Five years of injustice, five years of freedom heroes being kept away from their families and the country they fought for.

"We do not forget and we do not surrender in the face of this historical injustice ," the response reads./CNA
