The Veliaj-Molla affair is revealed/ How Klodian Zoto was treated to a 1 million

The political leader of the DP for Tirana, Belind Këlliçi, has revealed today other details about the corrupt affairs, showing how the mayor Erion Veliaj is related to the director Redi Molla.

Kelliçi informs that, in 2019, Redi Molla, in the capacity of UKT Contracting Authority Holder, awards the tender with reference REF-24634-05-30-2019, for water meters for private entities, to the famous company ITS sh. pk, owned by Klodian Zoto. The value of this tender is fully 1 million euros.

The member of the Presidency of the DP denounces that Redi Molla hosted the prestanom3 of the de facto owner of the Incinerator of Tirana, Erion Veliajn. The procedure has a lot of problems and is taking too long.

"In the framework of public transparency, as a promise and obligation that we have to the citizens of Tirana, today we will make public another corrupt affair that connects the de facto owner of '5D Construction', Redi Molla, with his boss, the de facto owner of the Incinerator of Tirana, Erion Veliaj.

In 2019, Redi Molla, in the capacity of UKT's Contracting Authority Holder, awarded the tender with reference REF-24634-05-30-2019, for water meters for private entities, to the famous company ITS sh.pk, owned by Prestanome Klodian Zoto.

The value of this tender is fully 1 million euros.

So quite simply, Redi Molla hosted the prestanome of the de facto owner of the Tirana Incinerator, his political and administrative boss, Erion Veliajn. Of course, this is also a procedure with many problems and extended deadlines", said Kelliçi./ CNA
