Denunciation: Veliaj has made luxury trips with directors abroad

The Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj

Journalist Klodiana Lala denounced the trips of the mayor Erion Veliaj and the directors of the Municipality of Tirana.

Lala said on Ylli Rakip's show that they have made expensive trips abroad.

She emphasized that it is not about business trips, but about luxury vacations, while she mentioned that in one case Veliaj and his directors went to the Netherlands.

"SPAK must explain to us where the money received from the tenders of the company "5D" went. Did directors Mariglen Qato, Redi Molla and Taulant Tusha travel with Erion Veliaj and other people abroad, expensive vacations. It is not just about business trips, but trips that are easily accessible in the TIMS system, are easily traceable to the expenses they have made in different countries. For example, a trip to Finland results in what expenses they have made there, what are the transfers, what are the contacts", underlined the journalist./ CNA
